I'm back

Oh boy!!!

Ok! First off I want to apologise for being away for so long. I think it is about three years. I do have a very good and valid explanation: Career change. That is right! I will do another post on that soon. Today I just want to touch base with you all and tell you that I miss you guys but I have been reading your posts for sure.
I want to reinvent myself. For the past three years I have given very little time to myself and I think it is about that it changes. My objectives or those of my blog/site will remain the same: Healthy Eat, Fitness and off course Fashion.

High Protein Omelette

Hi everyone!!
So today I needed  to cook some eggs so that they don't expire.
I made this high protein yet simple omelette and stored it in the fridge for tomorrow. The expiring date was today lol.
Ingredients: 
4 eggs' white
4/1 onion
A table spoon of olive oil.
Half a can of tuna
Salt
The rest you know how to proceed.

It is high in protein because eggs' white and tuna are both very rich in protein. If you are on a low calories diet,then this great.

Adding proteins to your salad.

Hi Dolls,
You guys know that when trying to eat healthy or dieting it is important to have protein in our meals.
Now I love salads and they are very low in calorie. Below are some pics of how I add extra protein to my salads. Enjoy!!

Salad with prawns-spinach has some protein too and it is rich in iron.
